Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience including military service.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and sanctions policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of business ethics, business process improvement, operational risk, fraud detection and prevention, information capture, standard operating procedures, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to apply policy and risk judgment, perform analytical research, make decisions, solve problems, communicate effectively, and manage customer solutions.
  • Ability to perform complex fraud investigations and analysis, apply authentication and know-your-customer procedures, and handle higher-risk scenarios.
  • The position requires compliance with Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and, for registered roles, applicable SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Review and investigate customer cases, reports, and work for potential and actual loss; minimize fraud, anti-money laundering, and organizational risk; perform early detection of suspicious activity; and control and prevent losses.
  • Research and analyze bank activities and reports to detect and prevent possible fraudulent and suspicious activities, recommend disposition, identify gaps, and recommend control enhancements.
  • Use defined research procedures to identify and resolve issues, identify trends, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Follow standards and practices to mitigate fraud, anti-money laundering, and other risk exposure and loss, and share best practices with the team and service partners.
  • Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation of analysis performed and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Create, maintain, and update formal case records and file security incident reports and complaints when required.
  • Work advanced alert queues when volume allows and balance phone, alert, and case work independently.

Limbach Holdings secures $300M credit facility with PNC Bank, replacing Wintrust agreement

Limbach Holdings announced on 9 September 2026 that its subsidiary, Limbach Facility Services, secured a $300 million credit facility with PNC Bank. The agreement replaces a previous $125 million revolving credit facility with Wheaton Bank & Trust Company. The new facility comprises a $200 million revolving credit facility, a $50 million term loan, and a $50 million delayed draw term loan. It matures on 9 September 2031. Limbach used proceeds from the PNC facility to repay approximately $118.1 million of principal from the terminated Wintrust Credit Agreement. The company may request additional commitments up to $150 million or 100% of consolidated EBITDA, subject to conditions. No early termination penalties or prepayment fees were incurred.

IDEX extends $800M credit facility maturity to 2031

IDEX Corporation has amended its revolving credit facility, extending the maturity date to September 3, 2031, from the previous November 1, 2027. Worthington Enterprises extends $500M revolving credit facility through 2031

Worthington Enterprises has extended its $500 million revolving credit facility through August 31, 2031, according to an 8-K filing on August 31, 2026. The Fifth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement pushes back the maturity date from September 27, 2028.
