- Experience working with young people aged 10–17.
- Native-level German and very good English language skills.
- A strong interest in sports.
- A valid driver's license.
- A versatile, flexible, and resilient approach.
- First-aid, swimming, animation, or similar certificates are advantageous.
- Supervise recreational activities, theme evenings, and excursions daily, including weekends.
- Look after teenagers during the day, including waking them and sharing meals.
- Support the camp leader, for example by welcoming new students.
- Organize arrivals and departures at airports during weekends.
- Experience working in vacation centers or similar facilities.
