  • CIH certification (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
  • 10+ years project management experience on complex consulting projects
  • 7+ years IH/EHS technical experience
  • Strong expertise in IH sampling, exposure assessment, IAQ, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven seller-doer experience (client engagement, proposals)
  • Strong financial management and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead complex industrial hygiene projects with evolving scope, multiple stakeholders, and subcontractors
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change
  • Build trusted client relationships and identify follow-on work
  • Serve as a key contributor to proposals, pricing, and capture strategy
  • Lead advanced IH assessments (exposure, air/noise monitoring, IAQ, hazard evaluation)
  • Serve as senior technical reviewer ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct audits and provide expert EHS/IH guidance
  • Deliver clear, defensible technical reports
  • Drive revenue, margins, and overall project financial success (NIBT, DSO)
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing, and accounts receivable oversight
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams
  • Develop junior and mid-level IH and PM staff
  • Contribute to Weston’s project management and technical communities
