Two Six Technologies is seeking an experienced Associate Strategic Projects Director in Arlington, Virginia, who can thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven organization focused on developing and deploying next-gen capabilities that address challenges to US National Security. This role will focus on the execution of multiple ongoing technical projects, providing programmatic oversight to enable technical delivery. Experience working with distributed teams that span geographic locations, functions, and organizations is a must.

Responsibilities

Daily oversight of multiple ongoing technical projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $10 million annually.
Collaborating with project team(s) to define, communicate, and execute on development roadmaps
Managing project financial and reporting obligations
Defining, revising, and balancing contractual requirements across multiple stakeholders
Engaging with project stakeholders; providing briefings and progress updates
Project resource management, up to and including line management and mentorship
Supporting new business proposal efforts, and preparing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
Supporting the deployment and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to end user locations in locations including: San Antonio, TX; Colorado Springs, CO; Augusta, GA, Linthicum, MD; and Honolulu, HI

Basic Qualifications:

Experience working with the US Government
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in guiding technology development, or technical research and development activities
Minimum of 3 years’ of experience in a similar role or capacity
Agile/PMP/Scrum experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility up to poly

Nice if you have:

Familiarity with the Department of Defense and Intelligence community
Understanding of government program offices and Program of Records
Familiarity leading and transitioning research efforts through operational pilots and into systems of record
Government contracts experience
Educational background in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analysis skills and comfortable briefing to a variety of audiences
Active TS/SCI clearance
Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, Slack, Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$178,900—$295,300 USD
