Responsibilities
  • Answering calls from AB shareholders, investment professionals, and internal groups
  • Processing account transactions and updates
  • Performing various forms of account research and reviewing and producing shareholder correspondence
  • Other tasks, projects, and roles as business needs arise
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of mutual fund operations is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge within the financial industry is helpful but not required
