Senior Relationship Manager

About the Role
Montu is transforming access to medical cannabis in Germany – and we're looking for a high-impact Senior Manager to lead the growth and performance of our pharmacy network, while supporting the broader development of our telehealth and B2B business.

This is a pharmacy-first commercial leadership role. Your top priority: building, managing, and expanding a high-performing pharmacy network that ensures reliable, compliant access to cannabis-based medicines. You'll own relationships with our distribution partners, drive new pharmacy acquisition, and ensure seamless delivery of cannabis-based medications to patients nationwide. With strong commercial instincts and proven network across the German pharmacy ecosystem, you’ll be our go-to expert for building and scaling pharmacy-driven access.

You’ll also collaborate across business, product, and operations teams to strengthen our digital offering and help shape Montu’s strategy in Europe’s largest medical cannabis market.

What You’ll Do

• Own and Expand Pharmacy Partnerships
  Lead all aspects of pharmacy engagement — from acquisition and onboarding to long-term relationship management and performance tracking.

• Drive B2B Sales and Distribution Strategy
  Negotiate commercial agreements with pharmacy stakeholders, wholesalers, and 3P partners to grow product access and margin contribution.

• Apply Strong Commercial Acumen
  Use data, insight, and market knowledge to optimise deal structures, pricing strategies, and partnership models.

• Build on Your Existing Network
  Leverage deep relationships within the German pharmacy ecosystem to generate traction fast and open new growth channels.

• Collaborate Across the Business
  Work closely with our supply chain, regulatory, marketing, and tech teams to align distribution with product strategy and patient demand.

• Ensure Operational and Regulatory Excellence
  Ensure full compliance with GDP/GMP standards, and lead operational best practices across our pharmacy ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in pharmacy partnerships, pharmaceutical wholesale, or B2B healthcare sales, ideally in medical cannabis or specialty meds

• A proven network of pharmacy contacts in Germany

• Strong commercial acumen — you understand pricing, margins, market dynamics, and how to structure scalable deals

• Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re hands-on, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
