Requirements
  • In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related degree.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Communications and Communications Manager to execute internal and external marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Drive communications with all Keeley Companies interns and encourage involvement and participation in events, learning opportunities, health and wellness challenges, and related activities.
  • Assist in creating the marketing strategy for recruiting 2023 interns, including project management of career fair marketing, collateral, website updates, video, and related activities.
  • Project manage the creation of videos as necessary.
  • Assist the Communications Coordinator with internal communications efforts.
  • Evaluate marketing analytics from websites, social media, Google Analytics, internal email blasts, and other sources by compiling data and creating reports and presentations.
  • Shadow and assist the Director of Communications in creating strategies for internal engagement and external marketing and communications efforts.
  • Perform other marketing and communications functions as necessary.
  • Plan and execute a summer KeeleyCares service or charity event with all interns and drive participation among other Keeley employees.
  • Support the Corporate Events Planner in executing events, including on-site support, event setup and breakdown, and off-site vendor relations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Communications Department, including printing, shipping, and organization.
  • Participate in initiatives across the marketing department and provide support to marketing team members.
  • Shadow marketing team members to learn about their roles and provide support.
  • Participate in the end-of-summer Intern Feedback Session and provide feedback on the internship experience.
