  • At least 8 years of experience in agency-side marketing and advertising
  • Creative AOR advertising agency experience is a must, healthcare experience is a big bonus
  • Several years of experience leading new business efforts, specifically RFPs, RFIs, and agency credential presentations
  • Deep understanding for how brand campaigns are made — strategic thinking, creative campaign development, media plan development, and tactical execution
  • Extremely strong writing and info-distillation skills
  • Ability to clearly direct and positively motivate cross-functional agency team members
  • A scrappy mentality
  • Attention to detail
  • Internal drive to succeed and help agency/teams succeed
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support large new business efforts for multi-million dollar opportunities
  • Strengthen internal processes
  • Quickly become a go-to expert on agency story, offerings, and services
  • Proactively track agency landscape by understanding competitors and their offerings
  • Oversee the creation of content to drive new business and agency marketing efforts
  • Create strong, confident, and trusting relationships with senior leaders and discipline leads
  • Support and mentor junior team members
