Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least two years of successful business-to-business field sales or community outreach experience is required.
  • Healthcare or senior-living experience is preferred.
  • Experience with consultative selling, persuasive public speaking, and customer relationship management systems is required.
  • Strong self-management and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Candidates must reside in or near Washington, DC.
  • The role requires day travel up to 50% with limited overnight stays.
Responsibilities
  • Own a territory, spending approximately 50% of the time meeting face-to-face with senior communities and the remainder planning, prospecting, and updating the Pipedrive customer relationship management system from home.
  • Research prospects, make cold calls, engage decision-makers, and pitch new community partners through contract signing and scheduling the first clinic date.
  • Host skin cancer awareness talks and health fair sessions and facilitate resident and family sign-ups for dermatology days.
  • Coordinate with dermatology providers to support seamless care delivery and full clinic calendars.
  • Track facility agreements, resident sign-ups, presentation counts, and growth against target, and prepare monthly reports for leadership.
