  • Establishes and implements programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Strategic Planning initiatives.
  • Forecasts changes within the Strategic Planning industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement methodologies.
  • Assists in the management of strategic and operational business and financial and expense plans to support the company's strategic direction.
  • Implements processes to research strategy associated with business issues and plan formulation.
  • Directs individuals to monitor and report on performance relative to plans.
  • Designs systems to develop consistent, efficient, and cost-effective processes, procedures, and appropriate accountability.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
