About the Role:
This role is in support of Strategic Programs within the Strategy Team. This position will primarily be focused on researching the industry and government opportunities to establish next generation technologies and services. You will be responsible for analyzing and helping build our strategy for space communications, sensors, and components, and also for researching new partnership and funding opportunities. A multidisciplinary mentality as well as the ability to process large amounts of information are important for success in this role.
This position is a part of our twelve week summer internship program that starts on Monday, June 12th 2023 and concludes on September 1st, 2023.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics, Business or related field
- A deep interest in space systems, earth observation, and space industry’s economics
- A high-school level understanding of Physics and Science in general
- An interest in analyzing markets and providing go-to-market strategies
- A strong desire and ability to learn new things when the situation demands so
What Makes You Stand Out:
- An understanding of the science and technology behind remote sensing
- Prior experience in writing business or technical reports
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation:
The US hourly rate range for this position at the commencement of employment is $25 - $30. The final salary range is determined by job related experience, skills and location. The range displays our typical hiring range for new hire salaries in US locations only.
