- Work in a supervisory anesthesia management model at Hillcrest Medical Center with a team of six anesthesiologists, typically supervising four to five operating rooms per physician
- Provide supervision across a broad case mix including gastrointestinal, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, urology, radiology, gynecology, neurosurgery, vascular, podiatry, plastics, and general trauma; assist with obstetric coverage
- Participate in a 1:6 call schedule with the option to pick up call for extra compensation
- The assignment excludes cardiac or transplant cases
- Support from corporate clinical leadership as part of a 1099 arrangement with paid malpractice tail and access to group benefits (note: benefits are not responsibilities)
