  • Junior/Senior/Graduate Student working towards degree(s) in Accounting and/or Business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with Netsuite or with advanced manufacturing companies is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Perform financial operations including cash, expense management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance
  • Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and document processes for month-end close
  • Support monthly close activities including revenue and expense
  • Participate in the annual financial statement audit, the annual tax return/provision preparation, and sales tax compliance
  • Assist with accounting projects and identify process improvements to reduce the monthly-close timeline while enhancing the accuracy of underlying accounting records
