  • A valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
  • Respond as the second person on a team of two to dispatches after business hours.
  • Provide support to the first on-call person, who is a full-time staff member of the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services program.
  • Provide crisis de-escalation and intervention and safety planning to families and children when a child is experiencing an escalating behavioral or emotional issue.
  • Respond to referrals within one hour, as required by contract.
  • Travel to crisis locations, including the child's or family's home, school, or other community locations, using agency-owned cars.
  • Provide services during the program's 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week, 365-day-a-year operation.
