Job Description
Crisis Grant Manager
Overview: This position focuses on managing crisis-related grants and programs, ensuring alignment with the agency’s mission and compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include grant reporting, implementation, auditing, and oversight, as well as tracking budgets in coordination with the finance department. The role involves preparing administrative and fiscal documents, developing policies and procedures specific to grant requirements, and managing data related to program outcomes. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with the crisis division team, community partners, and other internal departments to enhance program effectiveness. Active participation in grant-related meetings, educational requirements, and training sessions is essential to support individuals of all ages impacted by crises.
