Key Role:

Conducts organizational and process related studies and analysis of organizations, functions, and work processes to improve mission effectiveness, resource allocation and efficiency. Provides recommendations on facility requirements, facility capacity and capability, equipment, materials, processes, technologies, training, and personnel to perform F-35 air vehicle and component depot-level maintenance. Leverages expert knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods on a quantitative or qualitative basis. Recommends management strategy for assigned projects and efforts within cost, schedule, and performance baseline. Manages projects and efforts supporting depot operations and alignment to strategic goals. Provides inputs to depot flow plans across all integrated product support elements, depot activation schedules and events, and various depot process improvement initiatives. Identifies opportunities to exploit commercial best practices to streamline F-35 air vehicle and component depot-level maintenance. Notifies and advises government leadership of significant deficiencies or problems and recommends solutions for major transformation challenges. Complies with all security directives and policies as required. Analyzes interrelated strategy themes and facilitates teams in developing recommendations, products, and services to implement plans to enable leadership to refocus operations to better integrate and accomplish transformation efforts. Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. Represents the client division with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolve significant problems that arise. Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Identifies the need for special projects and initiates milestones and goals. Evaluates reports by analyzing facts and performing appropriate research and prepares detailed responses.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in acquisition, maintenance planning, depot maintenance, logistics support, supportability analysis, operational availability analysis, or resource requirements analysis of DoD aviation weapons systems 
• Knowledge of military aviation logistics and maintenance principles, practices, and processes
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and aircraft maintenance systems
• Ability to plan and orchestrate major logistics and aircraft weapons system sustainment programs at the enterprise level
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
