Requirements
  • Seven to ten years of leadership experience, with a focus on team management and development.
  • Two to five years of experience in insurance client management and enterprise client management.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for education.
  • Advanced professional designation (e.g., CISR, CIC) preferred or in progress.
  • Experience with property and casualty operations and insurance-related software (Epic preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance agency operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a small book of business while ensuring adherence to HUB Broker and GPL Regional standards.
  • Hire, train, and develop client support associates in collaboration with the Director of Client Relations.
  • Supervise and motivate department personnel, conducting performance appraisals and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Provide technical expertise on coverage, acting as a subject matter expert for team training and special projects.
  • Coordinate workloads within the department to ensure efficiency and coverage, while providing backup support when needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with producers, clients, and carriers to align with corporate goals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Review operations reports, approve time tracking and expenses, and assist with career development and training needs.
  • Ensure compliance with HUB and GPL standards, providing guidance on quality control and industry regulations.
