- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Business Operations team and perform support Business Operations projects in Lucid's Sales and Service organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management fundamentals and be able to work independently and collaboratively to ensure our systems are functioning efficiently
Responsibilities
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive, track, and execute critical projects for the Sales and Service organization
- Manage project deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
- Support cross-functional business initiatives and provide updates for senior leaders, including preparation of presentations
Desired Qualifications
- Field(s) of study: Business, Project Management, Automotive
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree program at an accredited university
- Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS, PhD)
- Strong communication skills with internal and external audiences at all levels
- Independent thinker, self-starter, and collaborative team player with the ability to execute at a high level in fast-paced environments
- Passion and experience to continuously develop, improve, and maintain high standards
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with project planning tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, and Confluence
