Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 9 - August 15, 2025).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results.
  • Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.
  • Ability to commute to our North Bethesda, MD or Lexington, KY office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Design and execute studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights to inform product and design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user needs are at the center of development.
  • Learn and apply best practices in research methodologies, tools, and data analysis to support user-centered design.
