Requirements
  • Expert level knowledge with all mobile dental, what it does, and how it works by sixty days of employment and throughout the duration of employment.
  • Ideal candidate would have one+ year of experience dental assisting.
  • Basic computer Skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure equipment is organized and properly inventoried
  • Receive equipment returns, ensure it is in working order
  • Maintenance all equipment as it’s returned
  • Prepare new field team equipment set-ups according to guidelines
  • Prepare equipment shipping to current field teams
  • Prepare packages to be shipped, print shipping label, and have boxes ready for UPS pickup
  • Evaluate current stock of equipment and request ordering additional equipment as needed
  • Troubleshoot equipment errors with field team members, coordinate repairs, order/send replacement parts
  • Other duties as needed
