Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in at least the third semester of a Bachelor's program in business or social sciences, informatics, software engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Strong analytical skills, a high level of responsibility, and a goal-oriented work style.
  • High technical affinity.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills and a basic understanding of programming languages.
  • Fluency in German at C2 level and English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
  • Build and continuously improve Help Center content.
  • Own incoming support tickets and respond to customer inquiries across the customer base.
  • Continuously develop and maintain Amplitude dashboards and contribute to data-driven insights across the team.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews, Academy sessions, and other internal and external formats.
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive product adoption, identify upselling opportunities, and prevent churn.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and help translate customer needs into product requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role demonstrating the ability to work independently, in a data-driven and reliable manner, and in a structured way.
  • Experience with tools such as Amplitude, Airtable, or Intercom.
