Plumbing Engineer – Grandville, Michigan

DISHER is currently partnering with a local A&E firm that specializes in helping organizations balance financial sustainability and environmental responsibility by providing design and sustainability efforts for both new construction and existing structures. They are seeking a Plumbing Engineer to join their Engineering Team in Grandville, MI. In this role, you will serve as part of the design team on both internal turn-key projects and external engineering projects (design/build, design/assist, bid/spec).

What you will get to do:

Complete and provide peer review of: AutoCAD, Revit, and Energy Models
Complete site visits and assessments
Provide design solutions for systems as applicable based on MEP background and role
Assist in maintaining of standards and tools for engineering
Participate in conceptual development meetings with Engineering team, clients, or contractors

What will make you successful:

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or a related discipline
Professional Engineering License (PE) or Engineering in Training (EIT) preferred
3+ years experience as a Plumbing Engineer in an A&E or Construction setting
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
Ability to build trust and operate with a high level of integrity
A focus on customer satisfaction and retention ensuring customers receive best in class products and service
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
