Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs for India, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and global PX alignment.
  • Oversee end-to-end local talent acquisition, including leading recruitment efforts and designing robust onboarding.
  • Manage the administration of competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs for India, including local market benchmarking.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment, manage all employee relations, and drive engagement initiatives, regularly reinforcing Shield AI's mission and values.
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development programs for India-based teammates.
  • Manage HR operations, including HRIS, record-keeping, data analytics, and vendor relationships for India operations, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to India leadership, providing expert guidance, empowering the team, and building strong relationships across the organization.
