Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field, or comparable proven experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Sheets (experience with data visualization tools is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Interest in sales operations, business strategy, and project management.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in driving operational excellence by supporting our Biz Ops leads with key functions, such as process documentation, Sales training, pipeline reporting and analysis.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making and enhance team performance.
  • Streamline processes and systems to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify operational challenges and propose solutions.
  • Support the management of key cross-functional projects that increase efficiency and success for our Sales teams.
  • Track project milestones, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Contribute to the creation of business cases and presentations for strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze project outcomes, offer recommendations, and help implement improvements.
