The purpose of this role is to support and manage the global commercial and/or revenue delivery roadmap, ensuring that all initiatives are strategically governed and aligned with our key business priorities.
Your day to day
- Support the organization's Delivery Roadmap: Oversee the development and execution of the roadmap, ensuring alignment with key business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Governance: Manage the governance frameworks to ensure that all initiatives adhere to organizational standards and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams to facilitate collaboration on initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the intake process.
- Training Development and Implementation, working with the stakeholders to maintain the delivery of training and work with key stakeholders and align on expectations.
- Communication Planning: Execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure that all relevant parties are informed about project updates, changes, and key milestones.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the progress of initiatives against the roadmap, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Align work to meet the needs of the Commercial Priorities
What we need from you
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 3+ years’ experience of the Travel or Hospitality Industry and Revenue Management experience essential
- Presentation design skills. Ability to create visual timelines
- Strong business acumen, with commercial and communication skills
- Proven experience in executing strategic roadmaps and initiatives within a commercial or operational context, demonstrating the ability to align priorities with organizational goals.
- PMO experience required
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844.00 to $85,000.00 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
