Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience of the Travel or Hospitality Industry and Revenue Management experience essential
  • Presentation design skills. Ability to create visual timelines
  • Strong business acumen, with commercial and communication skills
  • Proven experience in executing strategic roadmaps and initiatives within a commercial or operational context, demonstrating the ability to align priorities with organizational goals.
  • PMO experience required
Responsibilities
  • Support the organization's Delivery Roadmap: Oversee the development and execution of the roadmap, ensuring alignment with key business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Governance: Manage the governance frameworks to ensure that all initiatives adhere to organizational standards and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams to facilitate collaboration on initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the intake process.
  • Training Development and Implementation, working with the stakeholders to maintain the delivery of training and work with key stakeholders and align on expectations.
  • Communication Planning: Execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure that all relevant parties are informed about project updates, changes, and key milestones.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the progress of initiatives against the roadmap, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Align work to meet the needs of the Commercial Priorities
