  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday administration or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple of the following Workday functionalities: HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking & Time Off, Talent & Performance, Reporting or Integrations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking & Time Off, Talent & Performance, Reporting and Integrations.
  • Act as a trusted primary point of contact for all Workday-related queries and issues, providing training and support to users across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of processes, feature launches, and projects to provide a seamless implementation.
  • Lead and participate in system upgrade projects, enhancements, and implementations.
  • Performs Workday administrative tasks including managing user support tickets, system maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and integrations support.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity within the Workday platform.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and best practices, making recommendations for system improvements.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Document and refine key processes, maintain procedural documentation, and provide training for team members and business stakeholders.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning, adapting, and influencing the team’s direction and success.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Retool, UI Bakery, or n8n.
  • Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
  • Experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Workday Pro Certification preferred.
