Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or work experience in a related field.
  • At least 12 years of extensive experience in lifestyle brand marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing successful multi-channel brand and product campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing leaders and multi-level organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate global brand guidelines and implement and develop ways of working that unify regional business units in strategy and tactics while offering agility and flexibility to capitalize on regional opportunities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in a broad array of marketing channels and tactics and manage outside vendors and agencies to achieve full-funnel growth across direct-to-consumer, digital, affiliate, wholesale, and retail channels.
  • Reimagine the global go-to-market process to capture increased efficiency and better align product, marketing, creative, and channel strategies in pursuit of omnichannel success.
  • Develop strategies involving collaborations, partnerships, and ambassadors to build a diverse organic community that drives the voice and energy for the brand across different marketing verticals.
  • Build an always-on content strategy that delivers content across all social media channels, grows the community, and drives engagement and conversation.
  • Lead internal and external teams through insightful briefs to develop campaigns that reinforce premium lifestyle brand positioning and engage target consumers.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to help scale the business, acquire new consumers, and drive retention.
  • Collaborate with key departmental leads to align and prioritize content and campaign execution in pursuit of seasonal, global, and regional business objectives.
  • Own and deploy a designated budget to build and implement branded content and campaigns.
  • Recruit, develop, and champion the global marketing team by providing leadership, establishing trust, and creating an environment that builds brand culture.
