Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including Data Streams, Data Model Objects, Data Graphs, Identity Resolution Rules, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activation Targets.
  • Build and maintain scalable unified customer profiles supporting Customer 360 initiatives.
  • Configure deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution rules to improve customer matching accuracy.
  • Develop customer segments and activation strategies across Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and advertising platforms.
  • Design event-driven customer data pipelines supporting personalization and omnichannel engagement.
  • Implement consent management and customer privacy controls aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise governance standards.
  • Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise platforms.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, GraphQL, Mulesoft, Kafka/Kinesis, and cloud messaging services.
  • Collaborate with enterprise data engineering teams to integrate Data Cloud with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, and other cloud data platforms.
  • Optimize ingestion performance, data quality, and pipeline reliability.

  • Configure Marketing Cloud Personalization to deliver real-time recommendations, dynamic content, and individualized customer experiences across digital channels.
  • Integrate AI-generated insights, predictive audiences, and customer propensity models into segmentation and activation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for generative AI, intelligent automation, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Support AI governance by implementing secure access controls, prompt management, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
  • Partner with Marketing CRM, Customer Service, Commerce, Loyalty, Analytics, Integration, and Product teams to translate business requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance teams to ensure alignment with platform standards.
  • Partner with business, vendors, and IT teams to evaluate solution or product options and recommend forward plans.
  • Stay current on data technologies and software development best practices.
  • Work across teams and departments to evolve solutions and platforms while meeting project deadlines.

PVH Corp., the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, has appointed Alexis Rollier as chief financial officer, effective early September 2026. Rollier joins from Sephora, where he has served as global chief operating officer and global chief financial officer since 2018. During his 14-year tenure at the beauty retailer, part of the LVMH Group, Rollier helped scale the business globally whilst improving profitability. He brings over 30 years of experience across multi-brand and omni-channel retail operations. Rollier will lead PVH's global finance organisation and join the executive leadership team, reporting to chief executive Stefan Larsson. He succeeds Melissa Stone, who served as interim CFO since January 2026 and will continue leading global financial planning and analysis.

Elisheva Hirshman will take over as CLO in September, replacing Mark Fischer who is retiring next year 08 July 2026 Fashion giant PVH has lined up Elisheva Hirshman as its next chief legal officer, succeeding Mark Fischer, who is stepping down later this year ahead of his retirement. Hirshman is currently PVH's deputy general counsel and joined the company's executive leadership team at the start of this year as part of its succession plan. As CLO, she will lead the global legal function and serve as corporate secretary. She will take up her new position on 4 September. New York-based PVH owns designer fashion brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. PVH Corp. secures $448M term loan and $1.5B revolving credit facility

PVH Corp. has entered into a new credit agreement consisting of a €400 million euro-denominated term loan facility and a $1.5 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility. The agreement was arranged with Bank of America serving as administrative agent. PVH borrowed €400 million under the term loan facility on closing, using proceeds to repay its existing credit agreement dated December 2022. The revolving facility supports multiple currencies including US dollars, euros, Canadian dollars, Japanese yen, pounds sterling and Swiss francs. Both facilities mature on 24 June 2031. The term loan requires quarterly repayments starting September 2030 at 2.50% annually of the original principal. Interest rates vary by currency, with initial applicable margins of 1.0% for revolving loans and 1.125% for the term loan. The agreement includes standard financial covenants requiring PVH to maintain a maximum net leverage ratio.
