Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Human Resources Management, Counseling, MBA, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Four to seven years of experience in university career services, recruitment and hiring, or career advising and coaching.
  • Credentials must be obtained before the employment start date.
  • A Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Human Resources Management, Counseling, MBA, or a related field is preferred.
  • Five to seven years of direct work experience in university career services is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a career coach and advisor for Lee Business School students, focusing on graduate students and supporting undergraduate students.
  • Provide individualized and group career coaching to help students select career paths, conduct job and internship searches, develop networking strategies, strengthen interviewing skills, and navigate other career-related challenges.
  • Design and deliver career development workshops, classroom presentations, and professional programming that develop career management, adaptability, and employability skills.
  • Serve as a key liaison to employers and corporate partners, foster recruiting relationships, and connect students with internship and full-time employment opportunities.
  • Enhance career readiness, support student success, and strengthen engagement between Lee Business School and the business community.
