Requirements
  • 5-10 years of sales or client facing experience
  • Proven track record on exceeding goals to achieve new revenue
  • Experience in interfacing with client marketing teams and managing global user acquisition or/and retention campaigns at scale
  • Very strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Team player and ability to adapt to a growing and multicultural company
  • Critical thinking, curiosity towards online advertising and machine learning, and passionate about winning
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Travel as needed, both domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new revenue-generating advertisers
  • Build a new business pipeline and manage opportunities to achieve strategic initiatives and revenue goals
  • Manage contract negotiations and liaison with the legal and finance teams
  • Act as a partner to advertisers by understanding their marketing goals and tracking success metrics to help determine the right solutions
  • Build, strengthen and up level relationships with new customers to evangelize MOLOCO solutions. Stay on top of market trends
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers
  • Attend key industry events to evangelize the MOLOCO brand and our Machine Learning technology
Desired Qualifications
  • Mobile and programmatic advertising experience is a plus
