- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations and/or project management working with Business Development teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience managing a CRM is a plus
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing partnerships (e.g. affiliate, influencer, digital native) is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional partnership projects, facilitating communication and coordination across teams
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize BD operations, including onboarding, commission tracking, and performance monitoring
- Manage Sales Operations mechanisms and tools, own our CRM tool and workflow
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to update sales collateral and marketing materials including pitch decks, email templates etc
- Collaborate with the BD team to structure commission models and performance-based incentives for partners
- Analyze partnership data and generate comprehensive reports to evaluate success metrics, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making
