  • Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Marketing
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within an experiential advertising or B2B marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex B2B marketing campaigns and driving client success.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level clients.
  • Deep understanding of the experiential marketing landscape and B2B client needs, with experience in campaign strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on business.
  • Willing and interested in travel.
  • Self-motivated and able to problem solve in a live, onsite event environment.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach to project management.
  • A proactive, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for growth and profitability of top-tier business services account and attaining annual revenue and contribution margin targets.
  • Provide category and channel expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals, ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are met.
  • Provide expert direction and oversight across strategy development, property negotiation/management, and marketing activation development/execution, ROI methodology.
  • Integral member of brand team within the agency, developing and managing client business while leading strategy development for assigned account(s).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client executives, presenting strategies, performance metrics, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with senior-level client stakeholders, ensuring their business objectives are met through strategic and creative solutions.
  • Along with budget development and management, develops staffing plans to profitably support the business.
  • Lead Business Leadership and cross discipline agency teams in developing and delivering exceptional programs, flawlessly executed while meeting client needs.
  • Drive the development of long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, retention, and diversification of services.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging the agency’s full suite of experiential advertising services to upsell and cross-sell solutions.
  • Actively contributing to new business efforts, working in conjunction with senior management and external agency partners.
  • Leadership, mentorship and development of all direct reports. Fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback, professional development and adherence to agency policy.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in experiential and B2B marketing, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to clients, positioning the agency as a forward-thinking leader.
