Responsibilities
- Responsible for introducing our clients to their new cars and review the features of each vehicle.
- Responsible for delivering vehicle to customer according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinates delivery with customer.
- Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed and is in delivery area ready for customer.
- Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the customer's needs.
- Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership services and amenities.
- Explain warranties and all documents.
- Complete necessary customer registration according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Familiarize customer with Service department personnel and Service areas.
- Present keys and relevant documents to customer.
- Works closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
