  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of B2B experience as a SDR/BDR or Sales role
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and self-sufficient team player
  • Customer-focused, creative, an effective communicator in both written and verbal forms, and analytical by nature
  • Ability to learn a SaaS product and effectively communicate Axon Enterprise’s value to potential customers
  • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Love working in a fast-paced international environment

Responsibilities
  • Outbound lead creation for commercial markets
  • Closing small and medium sized business
  • Generating interest in the Axon Enterprise solution in target accounts to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Identifying target prospects based on market, firmographic and product signals
  • Defining and improving on prospect messaging
  • Working closely with Marketing, Sales Ops and other cross functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts
  • Helping build the foundation and processes for the Axon Enterprise Team
  • 25% working with existing Account Executives in sales support activities
