View

Axess Family Services is a nonprofit network combining community healthcare, behavioral health and social support across parts of Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Formed from Family & Community Services and AxessPointe Community Health Centers, it offers medical, dental, pharmacy and counseling services alongside housing, shelter, veteran support, transportation, food assistance and other community programs. The organization connects clinical care with resources addressing daily stability and social needs. Its current identity is broader than the AxessPointe health-center name retained in the stored domain.
