We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Global Sales Compensation Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting sales compensation, financial planning, and analysis efforts; while collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams within Auctane. You will have opportunities to drive data-driven decision making and provide insights and guidance to sales leadership.
As part of the Revenue Operations Team, the Global Sales Compensation Team is responsible for the timely and accurate tracking, crediting, and variable pay calculations for Auctan’s global sales organization. We are tasked with the development, oversight, implementation, and analysis of Auctane’s variable compensation plans and performance. Our primary goal is to reduce complexity while providing adaptability and scalability to the sales organization so that profitability is realized for both the Company and the individual sales representative.
