  • At least 7-10 years of experience in operations management within the commercial AV, construction, or tech integration industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple locations and departments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience in driving team collaboration and performance in a multi-location environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing large-scale, complex commercial AV integration projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control practices.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term operational plans, while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, senior leadership, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding solutions to operational challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage operations across multiple locations and departments, ensuring that daily processes are efficient, streamlined, and cost-effective.
  • Oversee and support project delivery teams to ensure successful execution of commercial AV integration projects, on time and within budget. Provide guidance on resource allocation, timelines, and customer expectations.
  • Foster communication and collaboration between departments, including sales, engineering, project management, installation, service, and finance, to ensure smooth workflows and project alignment.
  • Manage and mentor departmental managers and staff, ensuring that each department is equipped with the necessary resources, training, and support to achieve operational excellence. Develop and implement training programs to promote employee growth and ensure high performance.
  • Continuously assess operational workflows and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of service.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic operational goals. Translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans, ensuring alignment across locations and departments.
  • Monitor and control budgets for operations, project execution, and resources. Ensure that operational expenditures are within budget and work with finance teams to track and report on financial performance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by working closely with project managers to address customer issues, concerns, and feedback. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and service.
