- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in data science or a related role.
- Strong proficiency with Python and relevant libraries (PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
- AI/ML experience is required.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data from internal/proprietary systems.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain processes, methods, and results clearly and effectively.
- Independent, proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems with minimal direction.
- Work with data from proprietary internal databases, applying strong database and data wrangling skills.
- Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models to support business and technical objectives.
- Utilize Python and its core data science libraries (e.g., PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, etc.) for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
- Explain and present data findings, methodologies, and processes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members while taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience with additional machine learning frameworks or deep learning tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data science workflows.
- Prior experience working with proprietary or custom databases.
