Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Four or more years of experience and familiarity with Treasury Cash Management products, including Payables, Receivables, account reporting, SWIFT, application programming interfaces, Host to Host, and Liquidity.
  • Experience leading client projects and building excellent client experiences.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with multiple audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities and prioritize time effectively.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
Responsibilities
  • Implement cash management products and services for global corporate clients by analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to complete the implementation process.
  • Manage multiple global implementation projects simultaneously, ranging in complexity from low to high.
  • Create document packages needed to implement Global Cash Management Treasury products and obtain setup details and executed documents from clients.
  • Coordinate delivery of digital contracts and collect signatures through the bank's electronic signature portal.
  • Prepare and lead account-opening and Cash Management product-setup assignments in multiple countries.
  • Coordinate and follow up with domestic cash management teams, technical implementation specialists, and bankers in Latin America, the United States, and Europe until projects are completed.
  • Request implementation of global services and coordinate project scope, testing, setup of file transmissions, and file transfers with clients and technical teams.
  • Schedule client kickoff meetings, participate in weekly touchpoints with technical teams and clients, manage client communications, and follow up on action items.
  • Communicate regularly with Global Cash Management Sales Executives and bankers to provide project updates and address issues.
  • Present international implementation solutions with Global Cash Management Executives to prospective clients.
  • Create and present sample project plans and custom onboarding PowerPoint decks that educate prospective clients about the onboarding journey from inception through transition to Global Customer Service.
  • Support Global Cash Management Sales Executives with reporting, presentations, requests for proposals, and client calls.
  • Evaluate implementation projects and process methodologies to improve performance and reduce cycle times.
  • Gather client concerns and comments regarding product gaps after implementation to create future business cases.
  • Educate clients about the expected process and deliverables for onboarding products according to bank specifications and client expectations.
  • Coordinate client training with local cash management and global implementation teams.
  • Identify issues and plan their resolution and mitigation.
  • Understand and comply with all audit, regulatory, and compliance directives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional certification or Agile Scrum certification is an asset.
