Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field
  • minimum 15 years of overall software engineering experience
  • Past experience working closely with cloud and enterprise customers, implementing custom solutions at scale
  • 4+ years of experience with Python and C/C++ languages
  • Previous experience working with large-scale software systems
  • Knowledge the tool: Linux, Git, GCC, LLVM
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and get stuff done
  • Strong familiarity with machine learning and deep learning
  • Ideally some experience with popular frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, Llama.cpp, vLLM etc.)

  • Successfully deploy cutting-edge AI/ML workloads across cloud and enterprise customers, ensuring both scale and power efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing engineering team, driving projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
  • Tailor Ampere’s state-of-the-art products to meet the needs of customers by implementing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Seamlessly combine AI Product Management with Solutions Engineering responsibilities to deliver outstanding results.
