Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Create clinical curriculum for Charlie Health Groups
  • Update existing group curriculum
  • Assess efficacy of curriculum and make clinical recommendations
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on curriculum
  • Roll out new curriculum to group facilitators
  • Initiate version control for curriculum
  • Connect group curriculum to individual sessions
  • Train clinical staff on new curriculums
  • Monitor client satisfaction and audit scores
  • Create handouts and worksheets aligned with group curriculums
  • Participate in leadership meetings
  • Maintain professional ethics
  • Complete other duties as assigned
