Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 7+ years relevant experience in a mix of investment banking, Big 4 accounting/transaction services, corporate development, venture capital, or consulting roles in the technology, supply chain or retail industries
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with, influencing and communicating effectively with senior level cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and broad quantitative analysis with a familiarity of basic accounting principles
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
  • Strong people management skills, effective at collaborating across the entire company, coaching and motivating staff
  • Bonus for debt and equity financing experience
  • Preferred location in Atlanta, GA with frequent work onsite
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Stord business leaders to understand market and industry trends, as well as specific dynamics impacting Stord's cloud supply chain businesses, and benchmark against best in class metrics
  • Build comprehensive and dynamic financial analysis and models to drive insight on business operations and provide recommendations and key findings to leadership teams
  • Lead monthly management reporting of financial results, forecasts and analysis
  • Support M&A activity including due diligence, modeling and integration of potential acquisition targets
  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding company strategy, financial plans, new business planning, and operating forecasts
  • Assist the CEO and CFO in long-range planning, M&A activity, equity and debt financings, and various special projects
  • Financial review of business case justifications for business-wide projects, including new facility launches, product introductions, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Make sure all employees are highly engaged; attract, motivate, develop and retain talent
