Cash EBITDA reached $23 million with a 14.8% margin, whilst gross margin improved to 78.5%. The company held £30.5 million in cash at year-end despite spending $15.9 million on share buybacks, bringing total shareholder returns to $36 million over 15 months. Recurring revenue streams showed strong growth, with licence fees up 30.8% and maintenance agreements rising 16.8%. accesso completed the acquisition of Dexibit to enhance its AI capabilities. However, the company faces challenges including flat transactional revenue and the expected loss of a major queuing customer in 2026. Headcount was reduced from 682 to approximately 605.
Accesso Technology Group has acquired Dexibit, an AI and analytics platform for visitor attractions, launching accesso Intelligence to help venue operators make data-driven decisions. The acquisition creates the first cross-platform intelligence layer connecting ticketing, eCommerce, food, retail, operations and guest feedback data. Dexibit, built across over 100 systems with aggregated industry benchmarks, serves major cultural and entertainment institutions globally. The platform unifies data from multiple sources, provides conversational AI insights and feeds updates directly into operational systems. The deal accelerates accesso's ability to deliver enterprise-wide analytics capabilities that most venues lack the scale to build independently. Orlando-based accesso serves over 1,100 venues worldwide and is listed on London's AIM market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Accesso, a ticketing and guest experience technology provider, has partnered with menta tech to introduce venue-controlled secondary ticketing across its ShoWare platform. The collaboration enables venues to manage fan-to-fan resale directly, maintaining control over pricing, customer data and guest relationships rather than relying on third-party marketplaces. The integrated solution allows venues to activate resale selectively based on event type or demand, with built-in verification and pricing guardrails. Venues gain full visibility into resale activity whilst sharing in revenue from secondary sales. "This partnership gives venues a responsible alternative," said Mike Evenson, accesso's chief commercial officer. Menta tech provides the white-label infrastructure, ensuring venues remain the primary point of contact with guests. Accesso serves over 1,100 venues worldwide.
