  • Seasoned Business/Data leader with proven ability to understand the TD Wealth and its processes, and recommend where data management can drive value
  • Experience partnering with business owners to provide guidance, education and drive change management on the enterprise data management standards
  • Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to understand data implications of key decisions on business processes
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities
  • Consult with the Wealth partners on the EDLM Roadmap to provide guidance on data retention and disposition requirements
  • Supports the businesses as a Data Management engagement lead to provide guidance, measure value and influence where Data Management can support business needs and proactive risk management
  • Act as a SME on the fundamentals of Data Management to provide change management training and support to business partners, allowing them to understand its value and their roles and responsibilities
  • Work with business partners and application owners to complete data lineage, data mapping, data profiling, metadata documentation and defining data quality rules of Critical Data elements (CDEs) and Business Data Elements (BDEs)
  • Contribute to the build, education and change management of Wealth
  • Work with a cross functional team to deliver data management related activities in an iterative manner to derive value faster
  • Document, socialize and enhance the Wealth Data Management strategy, roadmap, processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement nature of the Data Management team through timely feedback, knowledge sharing and collaborating with other team members
  • Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of TD Wealth data is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of source (platform), derived and consumption data models is considered an asset
  • Knowledge and experience in Scaled Agile, Lean, Jira and Confluence tools is considered an asset
  • Hand-on experience working with the Microsoft Suite like MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
