Requirements
  • Strong engineer or applied researcher (typically 4-6 years). If you've built something people love, years are irrelevant.
  • Confidence designing, training, or wielding LLMs or ML systems. Know when to make something new or use something that exists.
  • Prototype fast - and knack for turning promising prototypes into reliable systems
  • Deep curiosity for frontier AI research, with bias towards immediate applications
  • Don't compromise between going deep and shipping fast.
  • Strong prompt + context engineering intuition. Excellent at debugging AI behavior systematically.
  • Good at experiments: hypothesis, design, metric, eval, volume, signal.
  • Read a lot - strong attention to detail esp when it's boring (logs, thousands of lines of LLM inputs/outputs)
  • Strong product taste. Strong opinions on better or worse AI product experiences - and why.
Responsibilities
  • Context engineering and fine tuning + post training code gen or design gen models
  • Build retrieval system that scales to 10,000,000 files

Anything (CreateAnything) is an AI-powered app builder that converts plain-language prompts into production-ready mobile apps, websites and tools without hand-coding. It stacks large language models over a visual builder, integrations marketplace and deployment pipeline so product teams and solo creators can prototype, ship and iterate faster. The platform offers hosted projects, account tiers, team collaboration, custom domains, payments and native mobile packaging. It differentiates itself by combining prompt-based development with a full deployment automation workflow and an emphasis on prompt design, component libraries and extensible integrations for real-world workflows. Anything’s goal is to accelerate app delivery for professional teams by taking a user’s natural-language request and turning it into a deployable product, from prototype to production.
