Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data-intensive systems, or AI/ML development.
  • Ideally, a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with language systems such as natural language processing, conversational interfaces, and information retrieval, with theoretical and practical understanding of model behavior, context, and evaluation.
  • Experience with NumPy, scikit-learn, Pandas, PySpark, SQL, and common visualization tools such as matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience developing and deploying services in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong software engineering skills, including writing maintainable code and debugging distributed systems.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas clearly and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and tackle unfamiliar problems.
  • Valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the United States.
  • Successful completion of employment, education, identity, and reference verification checks.
  • Availability and commitment required for a full-time role, with no concurrent full-time employment and disclosure and approval of outside professional work.
Responsibilities
  • Architect and build enterprise-grade artificial intelligence and conversational systems that power coaching workflows and user experiences.
  • Develop, evaluate, and refine large language model-based components while balancing performance, scalability, and reliability in real use cases.
  • Integrate and manage structured and unstructured data sources to improve contextual understanding and output quality.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
  • Prototype and iterate on systems spanning backend services, data pipelines, and frontend interactions.
  • Build tooling, tests, and automation supporting reliable model deployment, observability, and continuous improvement.
  • Streamline data and science workflows to enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions.
  • Work directly with the Head of AI and cross-functional product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to AI-powered leadership coaching systems that deliver context-aware, personalized coaching at enterprise scale.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with machine learning lifecycle tools such as MLflow and Weights & Biases.
  • Familiarity with cloud machine learning services.
  • Previous experience building generative artificial intelligence applications.
