Responsibilities
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain all Quality programs and processes within the state
  • Assist in development and implementation of state-specific Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify potential problems affecting product quality or compliance
  • Enforce quality assurance standards and provide technical recommendations
  • Initiate RCA and CAPA for state events
  • Develop, implement, and monitor corrective actions resulting from quality event investigations
  • Perform audits against cGMP standards
  • Partner with state compliance and operational leadership
  • Enforce safety and security procedures
  • Provide routine status updates to the Quality team
