Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Monitor website performance (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates) and implement continuous improvements for speed, usability, and mobile optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate programs, and social media campaigns.
  • Track ROI and adjust campaigns to meet sales targets.
  • Work with product and supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, pricing, and product descriptions.
  • Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Analyze KPIs such as sales trends, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead a small team of e-commerce specialists and coordinate with IT, marketing, and operations.
  • Foster a data-driven culture focused on performance and innovation.

This past week, Sunco's Product Department just wrapped up an unforgettable few days at the HKTDC International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) in Hong Kong. As a team that lives and breathes lighting innovation, being surrounded by so many passionate creators was a true joy. The team met designers pushing the boundaries of light and space, engineers driving smarter cities, and entrepreneurs bringing bright new ideas to life. What makes the HKTDC Lighting Fair so special. The HKTDC International Lighting Fair is one of the world's largest trade shows dedicated to lighting innovation. Hosted by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), this event draws thousands of exhibitors from over 20 countries. The Autumn Edition showcases everything from sleek residential luminaires to smart-city street-lighting systems and LED innovations. It's where the latest trends in smart lighting, sustainability, and design are showcased - and where big partnerships and even bigger ideas are born. The fair has been around since 1999, and over the years, it's evolved into the place where the lighting industry comes together. From decorative fixtures to high-tech commercial solutions, it's a one-stop event for anyone who loves what light can do. Hong Kong's energy and global connectivity make it the perfect host - it's a crossroads of East and West, tradition and innovation. A little background: The fair, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, is held twice a year in Hong Kong - once in spring and once in autumn. Attending the fair gave us early access to these awesome innovations and a chance to catch first-mover advantages or partnership leads."
