The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programs through both our email service provider and our marketing automation platform. This includes ownership of the setup, maintenance and review of recurring and triggered email communications for our business units.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2 plus years of experience working in a marketing or digital marketing environment
- Knowledge of and business experience working with HTML and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience building, scheduling, and testing email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and stays current with market trends
Impact You’ll Make:
- Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email creation, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Manages individual emails and demand generation campaigns through our email service provider and marketing automation platform for thought leadership, events, product launches, webinar communications, etc.
- Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required.
- Collaborates with design and marketing communications leads to create top-performing email creative in an effort to improve deliverability, reduce spam complaints and increase open and click- through rates.
- Measures and reports out on email performance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
