Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field with at least two years of coursework completed
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Strong writing skills
  • Familiarity with Wordpress preferred
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) from May 30th - August 18th (expected dates)
  • Ability to report to our Minneapolis or Atlanta office a few days a week (hybrid model)
  • This is a paid position with an hourly rate of $20.00

Responsibilities
  • Support website content management systems WordPress and Uberflip and essential functionality of those platforms, plus their importance and role in marketing. Some specific tasks under these platforms may include:
  • Uploading new content to Uberflip streams
  • Website projects for ongoing updates, plus optimizations for SEO, including working between Brand and Demand content to create meaningful links and connections
  • Building new web page(s) in Wordpress from templates
  • Support website SEO and A/B testing using SEMRush and Intellimize
  • Optimize existing pages for SEO or layout new SEO content pieces created in partnership with our SEO agency
  • Build out test experiences; ideate on new test experiences or variations to improve the site UX and increase conversion rates
  • Work within Google Analytics with specific emphasis on reviewing web analytics related to content performance and key result reporting
  • Participate in marketing content creation, from blogs to reports, videos and infographics. Learn the process from ideation to outline to review and publication. Assist with copywriting and editing, approval processes and publishing / promoting in various formats and platforms
